We are pleased to introduce you to Antico Borgo San Martino, a wonderful Resort located in the Tuscan countryside near the village of Riparbella, province of Pisa, just 10 Km from the sea.

Built half way through the XIX century, Antico Borgo San Martino is a beautiful example of neorinascimental architecture, completely renovated and restored, re-using precious and original materials to be true to the authentic design.

It consists of many buildings:

The original main Villa, where an exclusive hotel has been built, boasting 32 bedrooms, all beautifully furnished with mini-bar, television, hairdryer and telephone.

The newly built Cigliere, made up by 24 modern rooms all providing private air conditioning, minibar, telephone, tv and hairdryer.

The Frantoio and Granaio, the old servant's quarters that surround the main villa, are apartments built often differently from one another so as to keep the old masonry and the original forms, wherever possible, all furnished with kitchen, double bed and a sofa bed; they have their own bathroom but no air conditioning or hairdryer.

The new restaurant is close to the main villa and the beautiful outside swimming pool. Another small Pagoda Restaurant is part of the Villa and used especially for the buffet breakfast.

RESIDENCE:

Accommodation in two room apartment (55 mq circa) 4 people sleeping accommodation (bedroom and livingroom with sofa-bed and kitchen) furnished with satellite tv, phone, bathroom with shower, NO AIR CONDITIONING AND NO HAIRDRYER.

Weekly cost euro 980,00: towels, bed linen, lump sum for gas and electricity, final cleaning (except for kitchen which is due to the guests, otherwise supplement of 25,00 euro).
